This live interactive webinar is facilitated in four, 40 minute biweekly virtual sessions with preparation activities before each session to incorporate action and accountability.

Narrow Down Options: Learn how to evaluate and compare different franchise opportunities based on key criteria such as brand reputation, market demand, financial performance, support infrastructure, and alignment with your values and objectives, to narrow down your options and focus on top contenders.

  3. Conduct Thorough Due Diligence: Learn methodologies to conduct thorough due diligence on franchise opportunities, including financial analysis, market research, franchise disclosure document (FDD) review, competitor analysis, site visits, and validation calls with existing franchisees, to assess the viability, risks, and potential returns of each opportunity.

  4. Make Informed Investment Decisions: Develop a plan to complete a comprehensive due diligence to make informed investment decisions, weighing the pros and cons of each opportunity, analysing potential risks and rewards, and developing a comprehensive investment strategy that aligns with your financial objectives and risk tolerance.

  5. Navigate Legal and Regulatory Considerations: Understand the legal and regulatory requirements associated with franchise ownership, including franchise agreements, disclosure obligations, intellectual property rights, and compliance with federal and state regulations, to ensure compliance and protect your interests.
