Who Leads The Program?

This program is led by Jan Timms, (PhD) a highly respected franchising expert, successful businesswoman, and thought leader in the franchise sector. With extensive practical experience in sales, marketing, learning and development, and franchise operations, Jan has dedicated her career to helping franchisors develop and replicate successful franchisees.
Jan holds a PhD in franchising success factors, alongside a Master of Management, a Graduate Diploma in Learning and Development (L&D), a Diploma of Marketing, and a Diploma of Franchising. Her research has shaped the Five Magic F’s Success Formula, an evidence-based framework that has been successfully applied across multiple franchise systems.
While Jan developed and leads the program, she is also supported by a network of accredited coaches, all of whom are experienced franchising professionals. These experts are trained in the Five Magic F’s framework and actively use it to coach their own clients, ensuring high-calibre guidance and real-world impact.
Together, this team provides specialist coaching and mentoring, helping franchisors and franchise professionals implement proven strategies to drive franchisee success.
